Influno
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Plain-language version 1. These terms will be expanded with counsel before general availability; until then, this is the working agreement between you and Influno.
What Influno is
Influno is a Creator Operations Platform — software for running the business side of content: sponsorship deals, contracts, invoicing, payments, payouts, content planning, and team collaboration. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account & workspace
- Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Workspace owners control membership, roles, and billing for their workspace, including data of members and managed creators within it.
- You must be at least 16 and able to form a contract to use Influno.
Subscriptions & billing
- Influno is a flat subscription — never a percentage of your deals. Plan limits (seats, creator profiles, invoices) are described on the pricing page.
- Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively. Taxes (e.g. GST) are added where required.
Your content & data
- You own your data. You grant us only the license needed to host, process, and display it to run the service for you.
- You can export your full workspace at any time, including after cancellation, during the deactivation grace period.
- You're responsible for having the rights to the content and contact data you upload.
Payments, deals & e-signatures
- Influno is not a party to the deals between you and your sponsors, clients, or talent. We provide the rails — pipelines, invoices, reminders, ledgers — not the deal itself.
- Payment collection runs through third-party processors (Stripe or Razorpay); their terms apply to those transactions. Influno never initiates a payment or payout without an action by you or an automation you configured.
- By using e-signature you consent to signing records electronically; signature events (name, email, timestamp, IP) are recorded for the integrity of the document.
Acceptable use
Don't use Influno to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access another workspace's data. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the platform at risk, with notice where practical.
Availability & support
We work to keep Influno fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" during this phase, without uptime guarantees. Incidents are posted on the status page and support is available by email.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for claims relating to the service is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel and deactivate your workspace at any time from Settings. We may terminate for material breach of these terms. Either way, you keep the ability to export your data during the deactivation grace period.
Changes & contact
If these terms change materially, we'll notify workspace owners by email before the change takes effect. Questions: contact@influno.app.
